Joyful homes aren‘t perfect, they’re UNREPEATABLE.
Each of us is uniquely created by God, so it follows that our families are also unique and unrepeatable! When we lose sight of this fact, we can let comparison, wishful thinking or regret steal our joy and keep us from living out our mission to one another and the world.
Let’s ask God to heal our regrets, to use our flaws for our growth, and to see the great gifts He has given us to pour out on others!

Each human life is a masterpiece.
In a fallen world, it’s easy to lose sight of this fact. It’s easy to view people as a commodity, a statistic, an opposing opinion, or maybe even an annoyance.
God knows this, and so his intention is that each of us enter the world as a beloved son or daughter, welcomed by a group of people who delight in our existence.
Jobs, teams, schools, clubs: if we quit any of these, we are easily replaced. But not in family. Family is meant to be the place where each of us is known and appreciated for the unique, unrepeatable masterpiece that God created us to be.
We all fall short, but we are likely doing better than we think. This month, let’s ask God to give us awe and reverence for ourselves, our family members, and our families themselves.
